She currently serves as Head of Admin & Corporate Services at Atlantic Co. Ltd., where she oversees administrative operations, policy implementation, recruitment, payroll management, and workforce engagement initiatives.
She has built a strong career spanning human resources, operations management, and organizational development, with proven experience in driving operational efficiency, compliance, performance management, and effective workplace communication.
Kelechi holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) with memberships and licenses from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of (CIPM) Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Administration (CIA) Nigeria, Nigerian Psychological Association (NPA), and the Nigerian Institute for Training and Development (NITAD).
